Human activities related to occupy their welfare still influencing big impacts to all components of earth systems such as land, atmosphere, and oceans that drive the complexity and interactive global change in the world. Planetary and social global change could affect negatively to biodiversity, natural cycles, soil structures and climates. One of the key issues is Eco-farming as the big focusing to manage this global change. Eco-farming is a practical development of the farming system which aims to create global sustainable agricultural systems, and encourages the importance of maintaining biodiversity in food production and farming end products.
2nd ICOSA 2019: INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE with the theme “Disruptive Innovation on Sustainable Agriculture”, the event is expected to allow academics, scientists, and any stakeholders around the world to exchange ideas, and to build the future collaboration according to the most recent or another highlight technology in agriculture refers to disruptive innovation on sustainable agriculture. The scopes are Plant Production & Biotechnology, Post-harvest, Plant Protection, and Soil, Fertilizer & Waste Management.
This conference will be held on July 30-31, 2019 in the special region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This conference is organized by the Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) Indonesia.
